1. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.
4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning your item.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 40–50 working days.
7. Sizing Errors
Please refer to our sizing chart or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about measurements.
All our items are based on international sizing, so you will receive 2x the size of what you select based on your region.
